Common questions
How much do solar panels cost?
It depends on your roof and how much energy you use, but most home systems land between £5,000 and £10,000 fully installed. You get a fixed, transparent quote with no hidden extras — and finance options from 0%.
Will solar work on my roof?
Most UK roofs are suitable. South, east and west-facing roofs all perform well. Our roof scan and survey check orientation, shading and structure before we recommend anything.
What happens on cloudy days?
Panels still generate in daylight, just less. Across a year UK homes produce plenty — and a battery or the grid covers the rest.
How long do panels last?
Panels are warranted for 25 years and usually keep working well beyond. Inverters typically last 10–12 years and are simple to replace.
Do they need maintenance?
Very little. Rain keeps them clean and there are no moving parts. We include monitoring so any issue is flagged early.
What if solar isn’t worth it for me?
Then we’ll tell you. If our survey shows you won’t save money, we’d rather lose the sale than fit the wrong system.
