How long does the whole process take?
From first enquiry to switch-on is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on survey scheduling and your chosen system. The install itself is usually one or two days.
Is the survey really free?
Yes. The roof scan and assessment are free and come with no obligation. You only pay if you go ahead with an install you’re happy with.
Do you subcontract the installation?
No. Your system is fitted by our own MCS-certified engineers, so quality and accountability stay with us from design to aftercare.
What areas do you cover?
